Ultimately, our homes are an extension of ourselves that we share with our friends and family. They are spaces where we welcome others and create lifelong memories. For as long as I can remember, I have always had a deep appreciation for real estate. I grew up in a historic home that my parents took from condemnation to being featured on the local historic home tour. Through that experience, I developed a strong understanding that homes are as unique as the people who inhabit them, and that beauty can be uncovered in the most unimaginable spaces.

 

During my high school years, my family sold their historic 19th century home and moved to the Charlotte area, where my father purchased a group of properties that quickly grew into a larger real estate endeavor than expected. It wasn’t long before I was working alongside him and the realtors who managed the transactions. This is where I first learned the finest details of purchase contracts, navigating inspection reports, and how to weather challenging economic times.

My career path first took me into the field of marketing and communications serving a variety of industries, where I learned how to gain a full understanding of a customer’s problems and how to solve them. I also learned the relationship between effective marketing and closing sales. I later relied on this experience to build my own “brick and mortar” boutique shop in a small town outside of Charlotte, where I curated a collection of products to enhance the beauty of house and home.

 

One common thread through all of these experiences is my passion for serving people and helping them reach their goals. This not only requires exceptional listening skills, but attention to detail, organization, communication, and a commitment to customer service. These I bring to every personal and business transaction. My goal is to always make sure that every person I work with knows that both their needs and wants are heard, prioritized, and realized.

 

Today I live in Charlotte with my husband, standard poodle and two cats. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with our families, traveling, and exploring the best that the Carolinas have to offer.
